WELCOME
Our slogan says it all! We turn ordinary houses into your home.
Our goal is to find distressed houses. Completely rehabilitate them....and turn them into rental homes for our tenants, and their families.
At Sunday Morning Properties we welcome Section 8 rentals, and gladly accept pets.
A trademark of all of our homes is the Sunday Morning Properties entrance door. It is Terra Cotta, in color, with a diamond shaped window and brass door knocker. A black numbered mailbox is off to the side.
We include many amenities in our homes that are usually not available in other rentals. Some of the special features are: a closet in every bedroom, as well as in the entrance foyer. Completely new kitchens including appliances. Usually all of the windows are replaced with new vinyl 'tilt-in-to-clean' double hung windows. In addition, we install security alarm systems in all of our homes. Each home is central air conditioning ready.
