MISSION STATEMENT

At Sunday Morning Properties, we strive to help rebuild our communities by improving their neighborhoods.  How? By turning distressed houses into lovely rental homes.

     We select houses in East Baltimore that are available in the targeted areas of Highlandtown and Belair-Edison.  Then in a short period of time, our expert renovation crews transform the old house into a quality Sunday Morning Properties' home.

     Each tenant receives a 'Welcome' gift basket.  Each house is adorned with a potted evergreen plant.

     We strive to raise the level of rental property to "awesome".  By rehabbing, upgrading, and maintaining our properties, Sunday Morning helps increase the value of homes in the neighborhood, and helps the communities grow and prosper.
